welshwelshcobs

It was a good sale for me, I came home with nothing more than a black bin, a barely read copy of the Saturday Times and a much derided but very warm coat for the princely sum of £8.00.  Almost everything that I had marked out had been withdrawn and whenever I saw a potential bargain go in the ring, it had already been spotted by at least two other bidders, so my cob count arriving and leaving was the same.

It was the first time I've ever stayed up, and considering the two late nights I indulged in, I am quite pleased how many photos I took!  Don't ever try the slush puppies in The Fountain, Builth, they are absolutely disgusting.

Top price was achieved by the Baldwin Family's 2000 Section D Stallion Janton Philanderer (Broughton True Flyer x Janton Eclipse) who went for £7,800 (pictured above with one last party trick being performed before going to his new home.**
