I fancied a day out & nipped off to Dolau to see the annual foal and yearling show. HUGE shed, and plenty of sensible women about to keep everyone in line. I even got home before dark. As a special one off, I had a go at the A's & B's. I should have been more shouty, but could n't stop some of these little creatures from disappearing before I got a photo. C & D people are starting to recognize me now, and most happy to stop, although consecutive classes will mean no time to pose for some. The head portrait is of Dyffryngwy Cariad, my personal favourite there today. |

There were some strong classes, but the C classes were almost non-existent. Do yourselves a favour next year all you C people & get your youngsters some experience in a nice indoor venue. Do feel free to correct any errors, I scribbled down the results in a bit of a rush. I had to spend ages wondering if the section d foal winner was called Gusto or Gush... Gusto sounds better I think. (Hope I'm right now!)
Supreme Foal went to the Section A Whiteastra Calisto with the Section D Dyffryngwy Becca gaining reserve supreme. Overall Champion Yearling went to The Section B Maybrook Nut Cracker with reserve going to the Section A Littlewern Cutie. If anyone wishes to purchase a photo from the show I will be donating 100% of the proceeds from this event to a Cystic Fibrosis Charity. Photos will be emailed at best quality suitable for printing copyright free for £10.00 each. I can also provide the image at a more suitable resolution for website use. Please email me with the details of the photo you require. Companies such as www.photobox.co.uk will send out an old fashioned copy of your photo to you normally within 24 hours. If you struggle with technology, I can help you with all this |
